By using or accessing Your Path Connection (“Platform”), a digital wellness membership service by Therapy Takeaways, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Not a Substitute for Therapy
The content provided through Your Path Connection is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or serve as a substitute for professional mental health care.
If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please call 911 or contact a licensed mental health provider in your area.
3. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger)
- Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
4. Membership Access & Subscription
Your Path Connection offers:
- Free Tier: Limited access to curated wellness resources
- Paid Tiers: Additional access to premium content (Plus, Elevate)
Memberships may renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Access to content is based on your active tier at login.
5. Intellectual Property
All videos, downloads, workbooks, and written materials are the property of NewPath Therapy & Wellness or its contributing therapists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial or public purposes without permission.
6. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your login with others
- Harass or disrespect members or staff
- Post inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content
7. Community Guidelines (If Applicable)
If you access group chats, forums, or live events, you agree to maintain confidentiality, treat others with respect, and follow the posted community standards.
8. No Guarantees or Warranties
The platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding outcomes, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.
9. Limitation of Liability
NewPath Therapy & Wellness and Your Path Connection are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
